Peter is founder and Chief Redesigner at Redesign Research, an innovation research firm based in Ohio. I am a faculty member/advisor in OCAD's Strategic Foresight and Innovation graduate program, and is a fellow of the Strategic Innovation Lab. Additionally, I am a visiting scholar at U of Toronto working on research in collaborative informatics (ask me).

I wrote Team Design: A Practitioner’s Guide to Collaborative Innovation, originally published in 1998, revised 2002. My most recent book is We Tried to Warn You: Innovations in leadership for the learning organization. In 2009 I am working on Designing for Care, a Rosenfeld publication bringing together user experience and design methods for effectively designing across multiple contexts in the complex world of healthcare.
